The Role
We are looking for an experienced individual to work with our Head of Corporate Governance on the organisation and operation of governance structures within the Royal British Legion, including the Board of Trustees, Executive Board and other key Committees. You will provide secretariat duties together with advice and support to these committees to ensure that the organisation has in place sound integrated governance policies and procedures.
You will have expertise in governance and policy matters as well as providing secretariat duties at Board level, you will be able to develop and maintain complex administration systems.
Excellent planning and organisation skills together with minute taking and IT skills. You will have a keen interest in the way an organisation operates and the ability to advice and support RBL on all governance matters.
The role is primarily office based in London, however, due to COVID 19, you will start working from home. This role would likely begin remotely and then follow government and organisational guidelines on returning to the office.
